The timeline that DHS must follow when processing an application begins when a few basic pieces of information are turned in. The application does not have to be complete to get the clock started - just your name, address (or statement of homelessness), signature and date can start the clock. This filing form is much shorter than the entire application and includes all of the information necessary to get the timeline started. Use this form to request a hearing through DHS.
